§ 1 Introduction
These withdrawal instructions apply to consumers under § 13 BGB who conclude a contract with the provider (Patrick Huber, Fasanenweg 5, 83059 Kolbermoor, hello@toleah.com) regarding the use of the Toleah app within a paid premium subscription.
Purchases via Apple App Store or Google Play are additionally subject to those providers' refund policies.
§ 2 Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of contract conclusion.

You may use the model withdrawal form below — it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the deadline expires.
§ 3 Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification.
We will use the same means of payment as in the original transaction; no fees will be charged for this refund.
§ 4 Early Expiry of Right of Withdrawal (§ 356 (5) BGB)
Note: For contracts for the supply of digital content not on a physical medium (unlocking premium functions), the right of withdrawal expires early if:
- you have expressly agreed that performance may begin before the withdrawal period expires,
- you have confirmed your awareness that, by consenting to this, you lose your right of withdrawal,
- we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium.
The app displays a confirmation dialog upon premium activation where you actively consent to immediate performance. Without this explicit consent, the unlock is deferred until after the 14-day withdrawal period.

§ 6 App Store Purchases
For subscriptions concluded via Apple App Store or Google Play, their refund policies apply additionally. Withdrawals in this case are handled directly through Apple / Google; the provider can assist but has no influence over their internal refund processes.
